Sleeve Coverings
Mid-West Innovators, Inc. offers an extensive selection of high and low friction, durable sleeve coverings for conveyor rollers.
Available in a wide variety of stock sizes, colors and materials, MWI sleeves:

Custom colors, wall thickness and durometers are available upon request. MWI sleeves are cut and installed at our facility. Please follow Sleeve Installation Instructions if ordering loose sleeves.
Heat-Shrink Sleeves
Plastic heat-shrink sleeves are a great economical solution for applications that require non-marking, chemical-resistant, easy-to-install on-site roller coverings. Teflon® heat-shrink sleeves are also available.
Tapered Urethane Sleeves
MWI tapered sleeves, with their high COF and ability to stretch, easily convert standard 1.9” diameter and 2.5” diameter straight rollers into high-traction, high-performance tapered rollers (0.311” taper per side per foot, for 41.5” inside radius).

MWI can also custom-make sleeves with a consistent wall thickness to fit tapered rollers, providing the same advantages of our straight roller sleeves for the tapers.
Tapered sleeves are available in solid urethane for higher load capacity and microcellular urethane for light-weight conveying. Microcellular urethane sleeves are exceptional for shock-control, vibration and noise reduction.

 Skatewheel Covers
MWI can help to convert standard skatewheels into superior conveyor components.
Skatewheel covers provide a soft ride for sensitive
products on skatewheel conveyors improving traction, reducing noise
and absorbing impact, shock and vibration. Available in urethane
and neoprene.
